I chose a
painting done by British artist, Tim Bavington.
The painting is synthetic polymer on canvas. The size of the canvas is 84 by 84
inches. I really like this painting
because it is fun to look at. The color
variation in the paint is nice. I like
how Bavington makes it look like the paint is swirling down into the center of
the painting by making the center darker and the outside edges lighter. Titling the canvas so it is a diamond shape
is more interesting than if it was left as a regular square.
