The Onion

The onion is one of Marina Abramovic's pieces that was done in 1996. She is a performance artist. I think that what she is doing classifies at art, but that it is poorly done. I think that she forces too many things in her art. In the onion specifically, I feel that she is implying that these are things that have put a poor taste in her mouth on a figurative level.
