I think this picture is weird.... In a good way. I love the contrast and the values in this piece. A long neck in many cultures is a sign of elegance and beauty, this picture recognizes a horse for one of its many beautiful features. The photo captures that specific part of the animal to emphasize its true beauty as though it is a human being. Because there is just a neck in this photograph it says so much, rather than having a picture of just a horse. Again it shows the beauty of this stallion and may even suggest something about animal cruelty.
