This piece is Well dressed old couple in Paris by Warren Keating. Upon first glance of this piece I honestly thought the two people were fish of some sort. I like this piece because its so different..Its not every day you see paintings from a top down perspective especially when the subjects are people. He does this by standing on a balcony and taking pictures of people with his digital camera. He then paints the people in the pixelated/impressionist form that you see here. It gives the viewer the power to fill in the people and circumstances etc. especially since the viewer cannot see their faces.
This large original oil painting renders an aerial view of two figures walking in my unique Pixel Impressionism style. I painted this Contemporary figurative art using these signature expressive brush strokes to depict the pixelated movement of this well-dressed older Parisian couple.
