I've always enjoyed art with some sort of texture. Whether it's an actual texture painting with layers of paint, or an abstract painting with mixed media, I love that it stimulates both sight and touch. Similar to the painting above but with other added materials, I was thinking of creating a painting of a phoenix ....or one of a tree in the fall. I know I mentioned two completely different subjects, but I love warm colors and figured those were great ideas ...at least in my head, but Garebear probably disagrees.
